1 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

Warranty Period: From date of purchase - day 365
Policy and Applicability: Includes defects in materials and craftsmanship
Exclusions: Damage caused by normal wear and tear and damage from handling the product outside of normal use
Remedy: Product will be refurbished, replaced, or exchanged with a product of equal or lesser value at our discretion. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Proof of purchase required.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Products: Sonix Cases and Screen Protectors
Warranty Period: From date of purchase - as long as the customer owns the device for which the product is used.
Policy and Applicability: Includes product defects for the lifetime of the device that it was purchased for. *Lenntek does not warrant the hardware or device in any way.
Exclusions: This warranty is limited to the lifetime of the device that it was purchased for and does not cover damage caused from handling the product outside of normal use. The warranty does not extend to re-sale product or products purchased on 3rd party e-commerce marketplaces by sellers other than Sonix.
Remedy: Product will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Proof of purchase required.

1) Send us an email
Please email email@example.com and provide us with:
- A copy of your receipt
- An image of the screen protector for us verify damage
- Reason for replacement
- A mailing address for your replacement (Name, Street, City, State, Postal Code)
2) Pay replacement fee
Once we received an email with the required info we will email an invoice for reshipment fee. Please note the invoice will be sent through a separate email from our email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to check your inbox as well as your spam/junk folder to locate the invoice.

Once your payment is received your replacement will ship in 1 to 2 business days!

Tips for Replacements:
Images: We recommend you keep your screen protector attached to your phone until you receive your replacement if you feel it is safe to do so. Have a friend or family member take a picture or snap a photo in front of a mirror.
Bubbles: Most bubbles will resolve themselves! If bubbles appear during installation allow 24-72 hours for bubbles to disappear.

2) After you receive warranty claim form, please fill out with your address filled in clearly
3) Please package warranty claim form, copy of the original receipt and product in its original retail packaging securely in a box or padded envelop and send with tracking.
