BONDIR WARRANTY POLICY

*All sale and clearance items are considered final sale. Warranty Claims can only be filed for items purchased at full retail value. Warranty does not apply to the following products:

Face Masks, Universal Liners and Screen Protectors are final sale. If your product is covered by warranty, the following applies: 

 

1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy

Products: UV Sanitizing Box, Magnetic Link Wireless Charger, and R2 Relieve + Recover Percussive Massager. 

Warranty Period: 365 days from date of purchase (1 year)

Policy: Our 1 Year Manufacturers Warranty is acceptable in the case where there are defects in materials and craftsmanship of the product purchased. All Face Masks and Universal Liners are excluded and final sale.

Products will be refurbished, replaced, or exchanged with a product of equal or greater value at our discretion. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Proof of purchase required.

The customer shall NOT have any claim under the warranty to repair or adjustment expenses if:

  1. The problem is caused by improper, rough, or careless treatment.
  2. The problem is caused by a fire or other natural calamity
  3. The problem is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other than a BySonix service center
  4. The case is damaged or worn
  5. Maintenance requested consists of repair or replacement options, accessories, or consumables
  6. The proof of purchase is not presented when requesting service
  7. The warranty period has expired

 

Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy

Products: Cases and Screen Protectors

Warranty Period: As long as the customers own the divide for which the product is used from date of purchase.

Policy: Includes product defects for the lifetime of the device that it was purchased for. *BySonix, Inc. does not warrant the hardware or device in any way.  This warranty is limited to the lifetime of the device that it was purchased for and does not cover damage caused from handling the product outside of normal use. The warranty does not extend to re-sale product(s) purchased on 3rd party e-commerce marketplaces by sellers other than Sonix or Bondir. Proof of purchase required.

Screen Protector Replacement Policy

Products: Screen Protectors (Does not apply to cases essentials and R2 Relieve + Recover Percussive Massager)

No Hassle Replacement Process in 2 Steps:

  • Send us an email
  • Please email support@shopsonix.com and provide us with:

    • Subject line: Screen Protector (Device Size)
    • A copy of your receipt
    • An image of the screen protector for us verify damage
    • Reason for replacement
    • A mailing address for your replacement with the following info (Name, Street, City, State, Postal Code)
  • Pay replacement fee
  • Once we receive an email with the required info we will email an invoice for the reshipment fee. Please note the invoice will be sent through a separate email from our email address support@shopsonix.com. Make sure to check your inbox as well as your spam/junk folder to locate the invoice. 

    • Replacement shipping cost: $9.99 (5-10 business days)

    Once your payment is received your replacement screen protector will ship in 1-2 business days!

    Please Note: We won’t be able to process or ship back your package if your return package is incomplete. We typically send out the replacement in 2 to 3 business days after receiving your return.

     

    Tips:

    * We recommend you keep your screen protector attached to your phone until you receive your replacement if you feel it is safe to do so. Have a friend or family member take a picture or snap a photo in front of a mirror.

    * Most bubbles will resolve themselves! If bubbles appear during installation allow 24-72 hours for bubbles to disappear.

    * No need to complete a warranty form

    * No need to send us your damaged screen protector!

     

    WARRANTY RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Period: 30 days from date of purchase
    2. Please contact support@shopsonix.com for warranty return instructions for your product for examination and complete the claim form.
    3. After you receive warranty claim form, please fill out the form with your address filled in clearly
    4. Please package warranty claim form, copy of the original receipt and product in its original retail packaging securely in a box or padded envelope and send with tracking. 
    5. Make sure your return parcel is trackable as we are not responsible for lost return package

    Please Note: We won’t be able to process or ship back your package if your return package is incomplete. We typically send out the replacement in 2 to 3 business days after receiving your return.
