Return Policy | Warranty Returns

Most orders - with the exception of “final sale” items -  can be returned within the first 30 days of purchase.

Returns must be mailed in within the 30 Day Return window, failure to do so within the allotted time frame will be automatically rejected.

Returns can only be accepted from purchases made directly from or our storefront. Products must be returned unused in re-sellable condition. For any defective or damaged items, we will gladly accept an exchange or return request within 14 days of delivery. Proof of purchase required.

Product(s) can be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal or greater value or a refund of the purchased price within 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs as well as fees for reshipment if a replacement product is sent as an exchange. If the package is returned without a return authorization provided by our customer service and return center staff, the package will be rejected and will not be eligible for return. Proof of purchase required. 

Items excluded from returns: Stationery, Face Masks, Universal Liners, Screen Protectors, Hair Accessories, Embellished Stickers, Patches, Lanyards, Adapt Kit, Speakers and Candles.*

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. We do not provide a prepaid shipping label for International orders. Please return items to the address listed on the return form. *Duties, taxes, and shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be received and processed.



  1. Follow the instruction on our Return Center
  2. Fill out a return authorization form (We do not provide a prepaid shipping label for returns)
  3. Package your product in its original packaging and prepare your return- including RA# on the outside of the package (Packages without RA#’s will be returned)
  4. Make sure your return parcel is trackable as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost.
  5. Please allow 7-14 days for your return/exchange to be processed

GWP is not valid for cancelled orders or gift cards. Gift With Purchase will be selected for you, while supplies last – no substitutions or returns will be accepted. The GWP will be shipped with qualifying purchase. Offer not available for previous purchases. If a qualifying order is returned, GWP must also be returned. In the event that the qualifying order is returned without the GWP, Sonix reserves the right to charge you the ARV of the GWP using the method of payment provided for the order.
